Jewellery Care

Eighteen karat gold is made to be worn, and made to last. A few habits keep an OREVANI piece exactly as it left the atelier.

Put your jewellery on last

Perfume, lotion and hairspray dull polished gold and cloud stones, so let them settle before the gold goes on.

Take it off for water and work

Remove your pieces before swimming, bathing, sport and household cleaning. Chlorine and harsh detergents are the enemies of both gold and enamel.

Clean it gently

Warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush restore brilliance to gold and diamonds. Rinse, then dry with a lint-free cloth. Enamelled pieces prefer a soft dry cloth only.

Store each piece alone

Keep every piece in its own pouch or compartment so chains do not tangle and stones do not scratch neighbouring gold.

Let the atelier care for it

Once a year, or whenever a clasp or setting feels loose, we will inspect, clean and refresh your piece. Write to Hello@orevani.gold to arrange it.
